Known issues and cautions

From the maker's documentation and the official Meshtastic docs.

  • Meshtastic docs: power supply must provide at least 25 W and not exceed 19 V; Power Level 4 needs at least 10 V.
  • Meshtastic docs: MCU daughterboard USB-C is data only.
  • Our note, from the FCC rule text: at these power levels, keep conducted power and antenna gain within 47 CFR 15.247 limits.

Where sources disagree

  • store.bqvoy.com notes the page may still contain Station G2 information.
  • Transmit power: Meshtastic docs say about 31 dBm by default and 34 dBm with boost; the B&Q store says 30 dBm default, up to 35 dBm without boost, with peaks of 36.8 dBm ±2 on US915.
